Welcome to CrossFit Maidenhead, we provide CrossFit classes for adults and kids from our centrally located gym situated in Reform Road, Maidenhead. We have a fun and friendly atmosphere and cater for both men and women of all levels of current fitness, let us transform your fitness using the unique CrossFit training methodology, our classes consist of Bodyweight, Gymnastic and Olympic weightlifting.

It doesn’t matter what shape or size you are because CrossFit® coaches people of all ages and abilities to improve their overall fitness in a fun and challenging environment. Get started with our Elements Classes specifically designed for beginners and you will soon become a CrossFit® addict!
Our coaches are CrossFit® L1 and L2 certified, holding qualifications in personal training, fitness, nutrition and first aid. Always ready to motivate and offer advice, our team will acquaint you with our state of the art CrossFit® equipment, gym and facilities. Our newly refurbished CrossFit® box features a brand new Rig, brand new Olympic lifting bars, Rowers, Assault bikes and a spacious matted are. Enjoy an ice cold drink after your workout or a well earned post workout snack from our newly built onsite Cafe.

Expertise: I have a passion for helping people achieve, whether it be a Regionals Level Athlete, rehabilitation from injury or looking and feeling great. I have helped Olympians and office workers achieve their goals and I look forward to helping you.
Achievements: 2011 European Regionals Team, Two times winner Raising the Bar, Manchester Games 1st, Gorilla Warfare 1st, Nordic Showdown 2nd, German Throwdown 2nd, CrossFit Open 41st placed Master Worldwide, Coached and programmed for multiple European Regionals Qualifiers.
Expertise: My passion is Coaching the Olympic lifts and helping people improve their fitness whilst having a lot of fun.
Achievements: Tribal clash 2013: 4th place finish, Summer clash 2013: 2nd place finish, The Box Games (my first competition in 2013): 3rd place, The Rainhill trials 2014 (top seeding): 6th place finish, European Inferno 2014: 6th place finish., Wild West 2014: 3rd place finish, Tribal Clash 2014: 13th place finish., The German Throwdown 2014: 30th place, Body power games 2016: 3rd place
Expertise: Stamina and Endurance Building, Strength Training, Programming, Competition Preparation, Sports Specific Training, Skill Development and Weight Loss.
Achievements: Fitness Manager and Gym Manager at just 25 y/o, County Level Hockey and Football, Battle of the Beasts Finalist, Judged and Competed at Numerous CF Events, Future loving husband.
Expertise: Faye has taught hundreds of ladies core strength training after many years in the Fitness Industry and running her own Fitness business. Faye has a passion for Coaching and helping people achieve their goals.
Achievements: International Pole Performer, Regional Athletics Representative, Founder of Spinderellas Pole Fitness School. A lifetime obsessed with fitness.
Expertise: All things CrossFit. My passion is to make everyone enjoy CrossFit as much as I do. I particularly like empowering ladies and helping them with Gymnastics, Weightlifting, Nutrition, Competitions and enjoying life.
Achievements: Three times European Regionals Qualifier
Expertise: Andy has a great Coaches eye and interpersonal skills. His passion lies in Coaching the fine art of Olympic Lifting. Andy is our best morning person and you will meet him if you attend the 6am sessions.
Achievements: Andy has been at CFM from the beginning and was member 001. Since then he has shown a great skill for Coaching the Olympic lifts. He loves nothing more than lifting heavy tin at CFM.
Expertise: Andy has a broad range of CrossFit skills and qualifications including competition experience. Andy is looking forward to helping you on your CrossFit journey.

I’ve tried so many things over the years – exercise classes, running clubs, bootcamp training, home workout DVD’s, most diets going. All these left me feeling frustrated with lack of results. I joined Crossfit Maidenhead in July 2013 & I’m finally achieving my goals and realising that I’m capable of doing so much more than I thought was possible.

It can be intimidating to first walk through that door but every exercise can be scaled to something that matches your abilities and you soon get to love loading up a bar with some decent weights! I joined CFM at the beginning of 2015. Before joining I was in the unfittest state of my life, even the 5 burpees I did in my taster session were almost impossible and I ached for a week afterwards! Despite that, I knew that if I really wanted to make a change in terms of my health and fitness, I had to do something that was going to push me harder than I could ever push myself, so I decided to join. It was a huge step outside of my comfort zone, especially my first couple of WODs where I felt like a rabbit in headlights! But the coaches and other members have been super friendly and supportive, always willing to answer my questions and help me get through the WODs, even when you think you can’t finish those last few reps, there is always someone there to tell you that you can!”
When I first started I found coming to the box a bit daunting, but it has quickly become a place I look forward to coming to and I am starting to see the results too. Prior to becoming a member, I had spent the last few years attending ‘regular’ gyms and doing the occasional run round the park, but never really got the results that I wanted. However, in just 4 months at CFM I have not only lost 17kg in weight, but my fitness has improved hugely (I can definitely do those 5 burpees now!). Being a member of CFM has also changed my overall mind set with respect to my fitness goals, I used to just want to lose weight but now I aspire to be fit and strong!
